How to Donate

Where does my money go? United Way of Midland currently funds 60 programs through 24 local agencies that are helping kids succeed, strengthening and supporting families, assisting with basic and emergency needs, and promoting health and wellness. Use the following simple form to donate via a secure server. The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.

• Print out and complete our pledge form (PDF format, size - 72 kb) and mail or deliver it to United Way of Midland.

Use the Tab key to move to each new blank on the form and type the requested information. When you're finished, print the form, sign it, and return it to us!
