Promoting Health, Wellness, & Independence

• Elderly Nutrition: This program provides a hot, noon-time, nutritionally balanced meal through Senior Centers and delivery by volunteers to homebound clients as “Meals-on-Wheels.”
  
  
• Foster Grandparent Program: This program engages low-income seniors in volunteer service to children/youth with special educational needs and provides a high quality experience that will enrich the lives of the senior volunteers.
  
  
• Senior Companion Program: This program provides opportunities for income eligible individuals aged 60+ to serve primarily frail and elderly adults who are experiencing difficulties with activities of daily living.
