Message from Ron Mullins, 2004 Campaign Chair and View 2004 Campaign Video
As Chairman of the upcoming 2004 United Way of Midland Campaign, I would like to express my sincere thank you for the countless volunteer hours and the many dollars that will be invested to insure another successful year for our United Way. Midland has been blessed with so many positive attributes occurring within our local community such as an increase in job
creation, improvements in overall unemployment, increased and healthy energy prices, record low interest rates and a significant increase in new housing starts and retail sales. Through involvement in our United Way, I am reminded of the one factor that has outpaced the growth segments mentioned: the many humanitarian needs within Midland. Twenty-five program providers carry out the mission of United Way each and every day through 59 programs and we must continue our strong commitment to insuring the needs of Midland are lessened. Thank you again for sharing of your time and money and allowing me to lead this effort.
