Wanted: Loaned Executives for the 2004 Campaign
The LE or Loaned Executive Program of the United Way of Midland is a premier relationship and community building program. With approximately ten participants from Midland companies or sponsored by Midland companies serving as full time campaign staff, this program has a significant impact on the campaign.
Loaned Executives receive in-depth instruction in the operations of the United Way of Midland and make on-site visits to many programs that receive funding from United Way. They also have the opportunity to get personally involved in these programs during the campaign period by delivering meals to the homebound and elderly citizens or interacting with children in after school programs.

2003 Loaned Executives display the 2003 Campaign Goal
The LEs work directly with Employee Campaign Coordinators, designated employees who coordinate their internal company campaign. Together, the company leadership, the Employee Campaign Coordinator and the LE present United Way information to the employees. LEs also make personal visits and calls on individuals, get involved with student campaigns at local campuses and participate in all campaign events.
