United Way of Midland Annual Meeting and Awards Luncheon was held on Wednesday, February 23 from 11:30 am to 1 p.m. at the Midland Center. During the meeting, 2004 United Way Board President Frank Stowers thanked volunteers and welcomed the 2005 Board - including incoming Board President Jim Byerlotzer. Mr. Stowers also recognized outstanding campaign donors and participants.
