Community Investment Update - Find out when United Way will announce the 2006-07 Funded Programs…

The Community Investment funds allocation process has begun. On February 15, the deadline for program funding applications, United Way had received applications for 62 programs offered through 24 program providers, for a total amount requested of 2,500,000.

From now through April, Community Investment volunteers are reviewing these applications and meeting with Program Providers to best determine how to allocate funds raised during the 2005 Campaign. Programs approved for funding and Community Investment volunteers will be honored at the Community Investment reception on May 25, 2006.
