Community Needs Assessment...

United Way of Midland in partnership with corporate and nonprofit organizations conducts a community needs assessment every five to seven years. This year's survey results will be available to the public by mid-June.

The purpose of the Midland Introspective is to be proactive in addressing the ever changing needs in our community. This assessment helps United Way of Midland to identify and prioritize the needs of the community and address those needs with programs and resources. Midland Introspective is also a tool used by corporate and nonprofit entities in the area to better provide beneficial services to Midlanders.
