We strongly believe in involving local youth in the raising of funds to meet community needs and in the process of investing those funds, said Alice Freidline, United Way of Midland Community Investment Director, This is a great way for the participants to have a voice in the funding of programs that positively impact our community. We hope this experience teaches them the importance of investing in their community.
