United Way of Midland and the Nonprofit Management Center to present results of the 2007 Midland Introspective Community Needs Assessment
May 29, 2007 - Midland, TX United Way of Midland and the Nonprofit Management Center will present the results of the 2007 Midland Introspective Community Needs Assessment and a proposed plan of action for addressing the identified needs at a breakfast event on Wednesday, June 6, 7:30 8:45 am, Midland Petroleum Club.
The Midland Introspective is a powerful tool to assist those who serve the people of Midland to help provide solutions for real community needs. More than 100 Midlanders participated in this process to self-evaluate our communitys strengths and challenges in the field of health and human services.
The presentation is to be emceed by Bill Dingus and speakers include Joan Baskin, David Smith (Abell-Hanger Foundation) and members of the Midland Introspective Steering Committee. Project Co-Chairs Mark Palmer (Nonprofit Management Center) and Cindy Benson (United Way of Midland) will also be available for comment.
