United Way to Elect New Officers, Announce Funds Raised in 2007 and Recognize Leaders in Giving at Annual Meeting on February 26, 2008
February 22, 2008 - Midland, TX – United Way of Midland will hold their Annual Meeting and Celebration Luncheon on Tuesday, February 26 from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm at the Midland Center. This event is sponsored by: EGL Resources, EOG Resources, InWest Retirement Solutions, Midland Memorial Hospital, Nabors Well Services, Ltd. OXY Permian, Ltd., and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.
Russell Meyers, 2007 United Way of Midland Board President and many other board and committee volunteers will be recognized for their commitment to United Way. New 2008 board members and officers will be installed.
The 2007 campaign total will be announced, campaign volunteers will be recognized and local companies with the highest levels of participation will receive awards.
