Each year, United Way of Midland selects a campaign chair or chairs to lead our community's campaign. Individuals are selected based on personal desire and commitment to "improve the quality of life in Midland by uniting community resources with identified needs." The Campaign Chair(s) provide leadership during the annual campaign by providing a public voice and visible presence. It is the chair's responsibility to set the spirit, pace and example to generate contributions and awareness. These are vital in addressing health, education and self-sufficiency needs in our community.
