Jason Rogers Begins Role as United Way of Midland Chief Executive Officer
Jason Rogers begins his role as CEO of United Way of Midland today, November 2, 2026.
Rogers brings more than two decades of leadership experience in nonprofit operations, organizational development, education, business, and public service. His work has included strategic planning, financial stewardship, fundraising, team development, and building community partnerships.

We are confident Jason's leadership will help us drive lasting, positive change for the Midland community,” said Kit Bredimus, United Way of Midland Board Chair.
As a former chief executive officer, Rogers provided oversight for an organization whose services included senior living, memory care, counseling, early childhood education, and a K–12 private school. He led strategic and operational efforts across these services, with responsibilities spanning financial management, fundraising, regulatory compliance, and organizational development.
Most recently, Rogers served as an executive coach, working with business owners and organizational leaders on leadership development, organizational systems, and operational performance. He has also served on the Paris, Texas City Council and worked alongside community organizations, schools, healthcare providers, and government representatives to develop programs for young people and families.
Rogers earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M University–Commerce and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management with an emphasis in Leadership from Ashford University.
In his new role, Rogers will lead United Way of Midland’s operations and collaborate with staff, the board of directors, donors, volunteers, and nonprofit partners. His leadership will support the organization’s mission to connect people, partnerships, and resources to build a thriving community, with a focus on healthy community, youth opportunity, and financial security.
