ConocoPhillips Raises Over $216,000 for United Way of Midland at 2nd Annual Permian Mini Masters

United Way of Midland extends its heartfelt gratitude to ConocoPhillips for hosting the 2nd Annual Permian Mini Masters Golf Tournament, which raised more than $216,000 in support of critical programs that strengthen the Midland community.

Held over two days, the tournament brought together employees, partners, and community members in a spirited and impactful event focused on giving back. The funds raised will help support United Way’s mission to fight for the health, education, and financial stability of every person in the Midland area.

“We are incredibly grateful to ConocoPhillips and every individual who made the Mini Masters such a success,” said Kari Hennagin, Executive Director of United Way of Midland. “This event is a true testament to what happens when corporate and community partners come together in support of a common cause.”

Employees from ConocoPhillips not only participated in the event but also volunteered their time to help organize and execute the tournament.

“At ConocoPhillips, we believe in being good neighbors and giving back to the communities where we live and work,” said ConocoPhillips Midland Basin Vice President Jeff Gasch. “We’re proud to support United Way of Midland and their efforts to create lasting change across the Permian Basin. It’s an honor to work alongside so many passionate people to help make this event—and the impact it represents—possible.”

Emily Holeva, Board Chair for United Way of Midland, echoed the gratitude: “This tournament represents the very best of what community partnership looks like,” said Holeva. “The commitment shown by ConocoPhillips—through both financial support and employee engagement—sets a powerful example of corporate citizenship in action. We are honored to call them a partner.”

United Way of Midland looks forward to continuing its partnership with ConocoPhillips and other community champions who are committed to building a stronger, more resilient Midland.
