On April 10, 2025, Project Blueprint from United Way of Midland officially concluded our 2024-2025 program with a graduation ceremony at the Petroleum Club.
The theme for the evening was, “Learning to Leading: Your Journey Begins Now," encouraging graduates to take what they’ve learned and step into leadership roles with confidence and vision. The graduation included mentor recognition and the graduating class ceremony. City Councilman John Norman motivated our class during the evening as he talked about on the theme.
Project Blueprint scholars experienced approximately 20+ hours of learning board leadership and made many strong connections within Midland's nonprofit sector. Through the guidance of our paired mentors, these graduates are fully prepared to become leaders and make an impact on the community they cherish so dearly.
We are very pleased to report that 13 of our scholars graduated from the program, and all graduates have been connected to serve with an agency or are already serving with an agency. We look forward to checking in with these professionals as they continue their development in the future.
Congratulations to our 2024/25 Graduates: Silvia Adams, Miste’ Badger, Ashley Belk, Maira Carrillo, Juan Carlos Correa, Liliana Lopez, Sonya Luna, Maria Luna Delgadillo, Sam Ortega, Meredith Walker, Mariah Whitley, Robin Williamson, and Valerie Ybarra
