Did you know?

Did you know…each spring, volunteers in the Midland community come together to serve on the Allocation Committee Panel? During this time, they will visit the agencies applying for funding from United Way, while also reviewing their grant applications, IRS 990s, audits and budgets. They will then meet to decide which programs receive funding. This process ensures that when donors give to United Way of Midland, they can do so knowing their donation stays right here in the community and is well spent. Today, a group of allocation volunteers visited Bynum School to review their Health Service program!
